The monograph represents theoretical and methodological foundations of professional self-realization for teachers of secondary schools. Pedagogical conditions that stimulate a desire for self-fulfillment were analyzed. Based on analysis of named schools’ activities, a structure and a content of integrally self-governing system were proposed as necessary and sufficient conditions for self-realization. Main attention is focused on a need itself for systematic and targeted work to identify innovative capabilities of teachers. This book is addressed to researchers in field of pedagogical theory and psychology.
