The cyber kill chain includes reconnaissance, weaponization, delivery, exploitation, installation, command and control, actions on objective. The critical events chapter is closer to the real world, it can include stealing confidential information, disabling one or more services, or changing information on a test website, so readers can combine it with actual practice and gain something from it. The purpose of this study guide is to let more people enjoy cyber range competitions, have a better understanding of cyberpolygon competitions, and then improve their own techniques through this study guide.
